A network of organisations have secured funding through the Socrates Minerva Action, to create training and learning resources focused on the issue of health and safety in the construction industry. The partners involved include, Alan Hurst Nottingham Trent University in the UK, Emrah Acar and Ela Öney-Yazici Istanbul Technical University in Turkey,Lucile Chanquoy and Thierry Baccino Universite de Nice Sophia-Antipolis in France, Charalambos Vrasidas and Myria Koushiappi Centre for the Advancement of Research and Development in Educational Technology in Cyprus, Frank McNamee Multimedia Instructional Design, Dave Madden Blended Learning Design and John Wall Waterford Institute of Technology in Ireland.
